At Prolimit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wetsuit purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following conditions:

1. Condition of Gear

Wetsuits, harnesses, and accessories must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for wetsuits that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

2. Return Timeframe

All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Authorization

Before returning your wetsuit or harness, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without a valid RA# will not be processed.

4. Packaging

All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective covers or bags provided. Please ensure that the wetsuit is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Upon receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the return. Note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after processing for the credit to appear on your account.

6. Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be challenging. If you wish to exchange your wetsuit for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Any products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
